Who We Are?
Kim Albrightson
Owner
Kim Albrightson is the driving force behind Hudson Design Perspectives, where her passion for creating transformative spaces shines.
With an interior and architectural design degree from UW Stout, Kim began her career In commercial interior architecture. After eight years, she shifted to residential design, discovering a true passion for crafting extraordinary homes. Her vast experience, patience, and joy in teaching clients and co-workers, combined with the latest Revit 3-D home design software, enable her to quickly understand her client's needs and execute designs that create lasting family memories.
Kim founded Hudson Design Perspectives in 2019, aiming to craft super-functional, inspiring, beyond-the-ordinary homes. She and her staff are dedicated to customizing unique, beautiful homes specific to each client, enhancing their lives and relationships through function and beauty. She excels in blending classic with contemporary styles, comfort with beauty, and functionality with creativity.
A mother of three with a flair for the arts, from gourmet cooking to watercolor painting to graphic design to singing on the worship team at Faith Community Church here in Hudson, Kim’s diverse interests infuse her architectural projects with creativity and life. Her deeply personal philosophy focuses on spaces that reflect each family member's dreams, needs, and relationships. Her approach is collaborative and relational, inviting clients to participate in the design process and coordinating with contractors and master craftsmen to achieve economical and satisfying results.
Undergirding Kim’s whole approach to creating beautiful spaces that serve her clients is her deeply personal and active Christian faith. This faith enables her to approach her work as a service to others, focusing on honesty, integrity, and collaboration with all involved. The result? Joy and excitement shines bright and guide the project to beyond ordinary places!
Through her company, Kim is not just building houses; she's creating truly extraordinary homes that reflect the people who live in them.
