(Free) Consultation
When you call Hudson Design Perspectives you will typically get to speak with Kim Albrightson directly. She will hear what you are looking for and describe the architectural design services that may fit best for you & set up a meeting where together we will walk through your ideas (and home if you're remodeling) to come up with a personalized plan for your new home or renovation project.

Interview
When we interview you and your spouse/family we discover your desires & budget, your preferred artistic, archtiectural style & your functional needs, your dreams &, most importantly, how you function so we can create an amazing, space-saving yet spacious flow that best suits you & your family. We compile these detailed lists into a "Lifestyle Analysis" you approve & we use throughout the process to ensure that we are unified & focused.

Space Plan
Once we have an approved Lifestyle Analysis, we go to work designing (3) different space plans for each floor plan within your project. We also sketch some quick architectural renderings to allow you to visualize the possiblities for your new home/reno project/addition. You can choose to go with one of the plans and/or incorporate ideas from the other two or meld all three together! All of the plans are based on your requests so you can easily choose which best fits your family.

Design Development
Design Development takes place all throughout the process. From coming up with inspiring ideas at the beginning, to creatively applying them to the space plans then progressing the various designs & objectives into construction documents. We also work through the myriad of choices, narrowing down your product & finish selections carefully completing a cohesive design, beautifully shaped with continuity, personifying your unique style. All this is written in specifications for your family's new home.

Construction Documents
Ultimately we "translate" all of our hard work, ideas, sketches & selections, transcribing all of the numerous decisions you have had to make all along the way, into a comprehensive set of Construction Documents - specifications, plans, elevations & details, then issued to your selected contractors, craftmen, artists, vendors & suppliers, to be built, installed, & finished inevitably completing your family's new home!

Construction
Because we have made all of the decisions, answered lots of the typical questions & supplied the builders with the necessary drawings & documentation, the Construction buildout phase of your renovation project or new home typically moves faster than you may imagine! And we will be available upon request to help ensure the project is done with care & excellence!
